Create a friendly, fun tee-shirt for our staff

We are looking for creativity and surprises. We are a small French restaurant in California, we specialize in crêpes (savory and dessert) and a few other fares. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so we are looking for something that is most definitively appropriate to wear in the evening for dinner as well as all day long. We consider ourselves to be more of a fast casual place. We just went through the redesign of our logo which I will attach to this brief. If at all possible we would like 2 different tee-shirts, one for men and one for women, same design, just different cuts.

We'll see as we go along with the contest, we are definitively looking for inputs, suggestions, surprises. We would like our staff to be happy to wear it.
