dora k got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
Create an eye-catching t-shirt for a virtual reality company
Check out dora k's T-shirt contest…
We're looking for simple, clean lines that incorporate: - geometric "polygon" shapes like the attached references - illustrations of a virtual reality headset, in a simple, highly-recognizable manner, like the attached references. It should be prominent enough to catch the eye even when someone is just glancing at the t-shirt. Design of the headset should be abstract/generic, not evoke a specific headset on the market. Our company name, "uForis", means "you, gateway". Portals are also an important theme in virtual reality. It'd be a bonus if the design could incorporate the two rectangles from our logo. It doesn't have to be exact either, and could be some other stylized version of portals instead. The back of the t-shirt should be consistent in style with the front. It'd be great if we can incorporate illustration(s) of a VR headset as well.
Our company name "uForis VR" on the front and back. On the back: bonus if we can incorporate our website www.uforis.com
What to avoid
We're wearing the t-shirts to trade shows in a variety of industries, from real estate to media conferences like SXSW, to do business with other corporations, so the design can't be too "cartoony". However, the VR industry is new and mostly consists of videogames and interactive experiences, so any design that's too "corporate" would be out-of-place in our industry.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. T-shirt starts at $199.
