hex sticker for #rcatladies

This is a pretty whimsical hashtag on twitter -- it's for people who love both the programming language R, as well as cats. Since R is male-dominated a friend and I started calling ourselves #rcatladies and it has stuck!
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We want to design a hex sticker for #rcatladies to give out! My "co-founder" and I spent some time coming up with a prototype that might work: https://goo.gl/photos/XPFzHUpkn8DLa6a37 I like the idea of having the hashtag handwritten and whimsical, with a hand-drawn cat peeking out. However, I'm totally open to other ideas! Also, the R logo is here: https://www.r-project.org/logo/ I am no expert on licensing and am not sure if it would be OK for me to include the R logo on stickers that might be used to make a small profit (if we decide to, for example, have a contest to give out stickers or something like that). So, would love advice on this!
This website shows some other stickers that abide by the "hex" standard: http://hexb.in/ By creating a sticker with this standard, it will "fit" with other stickers! The site links to the spec for the image: https://github.com/terinjokes/Stick…ructorSpec Once the image is created, we can use it to create a dye-cut sticker from stickermule: https://www.stickermule.com/product…t-stickers -- we want to be sure that the design will create a sticker that's exactly the size of the spec!
