Product & Price List Template

We are seeking to improve the layout of our price list - must be able to add and delete products plus change prices. The price list is normally emailed to clients and ideally will be an excel spreadsheet format.

We will accept splitting the the product / compatibility list from the price list ie two separate documents to reduce clutter

Open but key is to be business orientated not arty. Prefer minimal use of colour or to have two design styles.

We are an official global distributor of BlackBerry hardware. We are asked to provide product compatibility lists, price lists and various product information in an eletronic format to be emailed to our clients and prospective clients. We occasionally print this information also.

All information must fit on a single landscape or portrait A4 page

The template must clearly list the products by:

-Category (eg BATTERIES HANDSFREE / HEADSETS CHARGERS USB / DATA DESKTOP POWER STATION DESKTOP STANDS CASE & HOLSTERS OTHER S/WARE PACKAGING)

-Price (eg $24.50)

-MOQ (minimum order quantity) eg 100

-Packaging available indicator flag eg "Y" or "●" etc

-Part number & description eg ACC-13752-001 >> BlackBerry Pearl / 8100 Battery (CM2) -White box 900 mAh

-followed by listing which BlackBerry handsets the product is compatiable with (list is 8800 8300 Pearl / 8100 8700r 8700c 8700g 8700f 8700v 8707v 8707g 8703e 7100g 7100i 7100r 7100t 7100v 7100x 7105t 7130e-black 7130e-gun 7130c 7130g 7130v 7210 7230 7280 7250 7270 7290)
