PCR - Professional Computer Repair Powered by Innovative Technologies
PCR is the brand name we (Innovative Technologies) uses to market to consumers. We need to use the 'Powered by Innovative Technologies' so as not to confuse our business customers who have become accustomed to the Innovative Technologies brand name which has a strong presence in our local community (for over 10 years). We specialize in providing a professional alternative to the Big Box retailers and ‘Geek Shops’ that are in our area. Our motto is ‘Why settle for a Geek when you can hire a professional’ we want people to feel more like they are dealing with an attorney or CPA than a computer repair shop. Our offices and shop are kept clean and neat (no parts laying around) and our work areas and communications with customers are kept very professional – no ‘geek’ language, just simple descriptions of the problems and solutions.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target audience would be consumers in the area that exists, but we have not presented the 'Innovative Technologies' brand to them because they don't know what we do, that is why we came up with the PCR brand – to make it simple to identify what we do. Our targets are middle to higher income consumers (and possibly business owners) who are willing to pay a little more for a more professional experience.
We want to stay away from 'cartoon' designs and we would like both the insignias to appear on the stationary.
We want the look to be more professional and we want the customer coming away knowing what we do (Computer Repair) and what makes us different (we are the 'Professional' alternative).
