Here is a bio: Murray Hidary attended New York University with a major in Music and Composition and is an accomplished composer, entrepreneur and photographer. He recorded his first symphony in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2004 and his photography has been shown in galleries and museums across the country. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Murray is also a world class entrepreneur with 15 years experience having started companies in the Information Technology sector. Murray is the CEO and Co-Founder of iAmplify, a technology media company that enables owners of audio and video content to publish and sell on the Web. Prior to iAmplify, Murray served as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Vista Research, an independent financial research provider serving the country's largest hedge funds. Vista was acquired by McGraw Hill/Standard and Poors in 2005. He was the co-founder of Dice Inc. (formerly EarthWeb) (NYSE:DHX). Under his management, the company completed a record breaking IPO in 1998. Murray is involved with several philanthropic causes. He is the Board President of the new music string quartet "Ethel" and resides on the board of Four Way Books, a publisher of poetry and short fiction by emerging and established writers. He is also a member of the New York University Dean's Advisory Council and is the recipient of the NYU Distinguished Service Award.
