$150 for Logo and Biz card for Web Company

I need a new logo and a double-sided business card. Red, grey, black and white are the colours to be used. The logo will be used on my website and on my letterhead.

The look needs to say professional and business-like but with a friendly face. My current card and logo are OK but don't have the required impact.

I need a new logo for my business card, website and letterhead. My preferred colours are red (CC0000), grey, black and white.

In addition I need a design for my new business card. It needs to be double-sided and full-colour.

The current logo can be seen on my website and my existing business card is the logo with business name and contact details in a combination of red and black lettering (boring!)

The new logo needs to be crisp and ideally easy to incorporate on a variety of printed materials.

The business card will have the following details:

Strap line - something along the lines of "Giving small businesses a quality Web presence" or "Helping small businesses profit from the Web" I'll supply this later (suggestions welcome)
