Grossman's Deli & Grill
A Deli & Grill that started as a fish market over 50 years ago needs to start marketing for the first time. We are located in Ocean Township. Patrons can dine in our galley with 2 salt water fish tanks or take out at the counter. We also delivery to the surrounding businesses.
We need to revive our image and target more businesses for delivery and catering.
We need to: Clean-up our logo. We have the basic shape in an EPS file but need it to be refreshed for 2010. Our main color for the deli is Green, so ideally the logo would be refreshed in with green as the main color. We would also like it to look good inverted on a green background such as shown at our old website at www.grossmansdeli.com. We are not looking to change the shape or the logo... just make it look better! Once the logo is cleaned up we would like to showcase it on brand new business cards. Nothing fancy here, just simple and clean. lastly, we would like to refresh our menu and make it easier to read. We are open to suggestions. Attached is our full menu that we would like to have redone. In addition we would like a small menu/flyer that we can advertise weekly specials that our delivery person can leave with businesses, or hand deliver with samples. We have attached an example menu/flyer from a competing deli (valentes) that we like. We would like to have even less items... as they will be specials, but we think the size is good. We would need to be able to edit this menu on a weekly basis, so it must be able to be chopped up and put in ms word or publisher. Please let us know if you have any questions or need additional info Thank You.
