SMCT needed a new stationery design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 44 designs submitted by 8 freelance designers.
Stuart Mackenzie Communication Training
We are a small company that provides specialised English-language training to companies. We create tailor-made courses in Business English, Legal English, Financial English and General English that lead to University of Cambridge ESOL examinations and certification.
The company provides services predominantly for the B2B market. Our target audience includes decision-makers of small, medium and large companies (including HR managers, senior managers, and owners/CEOs) and we want to pique the interest of employees who are future course participants. The target group is usually well to very-well educated, male and female, aged between 28 and 50.
Stuart Mackenzie Communication Training already has a logo but this needs to be introduced onto our business cards, letterhead, stationary and our invoicing form. Our color palette and the font overview is attached with the briefing. We have two designs structures -- maroon with grey and yellow with white -- and we are open to either being used. The design should be clean and professional. As a small outfit, the aim is to portray an image of a larger company.
Business cards should be single or double-sided with logo/tagline (see attached files) on front. Information for card:

Letterhead and invoicing form (standard 8 1/2" x 11") should include the company logo, mailing address, website URL, and phone numbers. At a minimum as a PDF and an MS Word doc. Busines cards should be delivered as PDF/EPS.
