YOUTUBE CHANNEL ART! ALREADY HAVE A THUMBNAIL DRAFT!

I wanted two things, a good banner and a custom thumbnail.

Banner — This is a channel about relationships and the ideia is to gives tips and advices. I wanted the banner to have a professional look, like "this is a serious channel", but not as serious as me wearing a suit.

The name of the channel is a union of 2 words in portuguese : Relationship + rationalizing.

The channel is about: Personal development, love, relationships, openmindedness, rationalizing.

Custom Thumbnail - I've attached 2 drafts that are similars to what i'm looking for!

Details:
-I want to be able to highlight, in the graph, the emotional intelligence ("Inteligência emocional" in portuguese) level of each video. There should be 5 levels (5 different images).

So, just to be sure that you can understand the ideia, the thumbnail is for people to know what "emotional inteligence level" the video will be dealing with.

For example, a simple video about discussion techniques would be level 1 — so the thumbnail would show the graph highlighted in the first level — in the beggining of the curve.

If, on the other hand, I made a very deep video about really wierd methods to control your emotions, that would be a level 5 video, and the graph on the thumbnail would be highlighted on the last plateau.
