py_jul got their new social media page by running a design contest:
Warm but semi-professional YouTube Banner for a new Python + Mindset YouTube Channel
Check out py_jul's Social media page contest…
Essentially this YouTube channel will host content based on Python programming along with "Mindset" videos for success. It shouldn't be "too cartoony" and should still feel professional but should have a "lighter" feel to it as we tend to be more personable people. The channel currently lives here and has practically no design to it: https://www.youtube.com/c/pybites We already have an existing logo that we use for our business (attached). I've also attached the book we've written which continues the design style that we'd like. Finally, we have a podcast too and I've attached the podcast logo we use for that. Given these pre-existing logos/designs, we're hoping you can come up with a YouTube channel banner/theme that complements our current style.
We require our: Company name: "PyBites" URL: https://pybit.es Our current slogan: "We create well-rounded Python developers"
What to avoid
It shouldn't be TOO salesy and cold. It should be warm but not too childish as we do want to retain a bit of a professional air.
