Classic and striking header needed for City of London Fitness and Rehabilitation company

Colors should primarily come from the company name files attached, so the blue logo with white and black mainly (although feel free to add others which may compliment header design). Might also consider adding a location or action photo from those linked here with some level of opacity (file examples of this found on 99designs are also attached). Feel free to use design of company logo itself to inform style and theme of the header design. Have also added some template examples of the general style/look which are to be used for inspiration of general theme, but, final design of header should be kept simple without too much information confusion.

The header should include the logo, the company name and the tag line (Training Nutrition Rehabilitation). To the side or at bottom the email address (optimalfitnesscoaching1@gmail.com) and website (www.optimalfitness coaching.co.uk. Where blue is used it should be the exact blue color in the logo (0172FF). For now please include Facebook, Twitter and Instagram icons too if they can be incorporated into header design.

Avoid too much information and overly complicated designs please. The header design should NOT simply be a collection of the images attached. They should provide a guide and inform the general theme and feel of your design. We can put together a header consisting of a collection of these images.
