They often use online resources and watch cooking shows in order to educate themselves. They value food prepping and cooking not only as means of providing nutrition to their own family and friends but also as a way uniting and gathering the family and friends together on the dining table in order to create a stronger bond in between them. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are the two perfect examples of such occasions when their efforts shine the most.
