Travel Agents of Color need a bold new logo, graphic & colorful that can be used for merch!

My organization is unique because it was founded to be a collective of the best and brightest Black travel professionals that are enthusiastic about learning more about destinations around the world including the best resorts, tours, history, airlines, customer services in order to share the world with their unique clientele. We provide education, certification, resources, networking opportunities and access to the leaders of the travel industry such as CEO's of Hotel groups, Cruise lines, Airlines etc. and business development strategies.

We are looking for a logo that is part words part graphic. We would like to be able to use the logo on merchandise so it should look appealing on gift bag, tee shirt, mug etc... Most of the members will be female although men are also participants. Open in terms of colors I do like the idea of shades of color representing shades of people of color. Or black, silver, grey white shades? We want the font to be sophisticated and readable. I like the concept of ADVALA example I uploaded because of the shading and look on the screen. I like the concept of Hope Forward as a contained shape with the text cutting across the image and words in the circumference and the movement of the arrow. I like the contrast of a bright color graphic and text in the Jurere concept. I like the richness and font of the rest of the examples as well.
