Logo for the 1st Annual New England Hot Sauce Fest. SPICY!

We are The Spicy Shark, a craft hot sauce company in Portsmouth, New Hampshire (USA). We are putting on the 1st Annual New England Hot Sauce Festival, on 7/30/22 at Smuttynose Brewery in Hampton NH. I am looking to create the logo for this festival. Please view my notes in the "other" section to see what I'm looking for.

I would like there to be an image of a large cartoonish shark mouth open facing the viewer breathing fire at the viewer (NOT the shark from the spicy shark logo). The shark should have a saddle with a Jalapeno riding the shark wearing a cowboy hat. If there is room for other hot pepper imagery that would be great, perhaps the ocean or waves blended in. The words at the top should say “The Spicy Shark presents" (in smaller font) and then "1st Annual New England Hot Sauce Fest” (in larger font). I'd like the background of the logo to be an outline of the 6 New England States. Words at the bottom “July 30th, 2022, Smuttynose Brewery, Hampton NH." and then "Proceeds to support Blue Ocean Society & Seacoast Science Center.” I'm thinking an Ed Harty tattoo style but open to other creative ideas.
