We are an educational company, specializing in online workplace training, which results in actual behavioral changes. We seek to change the neuroplasticity of a human's mind, so as to effect long-lasting behavioral change/improvement. We build strong business athletes via daily drilling/educating teams to learn & subsequently change their behavior. We are global & serve the Fortune 500 market only. We specialize in companies with critical infrastructure.

I like the creativity of using the sheep's leg as part of the letters.
I like the "IB" initials. Looks like an old fashioned seal, but with a modern look.
Since my corp name include "Phoenix" I want a bird on fire in my logo. Here, there are wings. I like the straight lines & feeling of "order" this image gives me.
I've included two images below. This is simply to show you I'm looking for a fierce Phoenix on fire & a Halo like the rings of Saturn, surrounding the Phoenix (not like the saintly symbol above ones head).
