Like the font. Not crazy about the distressing.

A nice mix between geometric and organic. Doesn't read too masculine, but is still robust.
We like the very subtle militaristic elements and art deco characteristics along with the badge. Really nice balance between masculine and feminine.
We really like this design. It's graphic, but still elegant. The mix of geometric and organic shapes is nice and gives this a bit of a feminine touch.
Something like this with a bit more sophistication/refinement would be super cool with a lotus flower instead of a rose. Maybe incorporate something that resembles our current icon on the handle of the dagger.
Don't like the flames or the blood. But the style of the lotus is pretty good. And the dagger is super cool.

We’d like to project a somewhat elegant vibe. We have subtle thematic ties to the marine corps. Our name is a reference to the lotus flower. We want to incorporate the lotus without making the design look Asian or tribal. A major theme of the band is harmony within duality, eg between the beautiful and the harsh, the refined and the rugged, masculine and feminine, pain and joy. It’s important to capture that contrast in the logo design. For this reason, we like the symbolism of the rose and dagger, but would obviously want a lotus flower, rather than a rose. For the dagger, it would be cool if it resembled a combat knife, more than a fancy dagger. More utilitarian. Please don't include patriotic elements like stars, wings, or eagles. Please no distressed elements in the logo and no mandala-type lotus flowers.
