The Center for Illumination exists to teach people simple, practical methods for bringing more understanding into their lives, and by extension, into the greater world. The Center for Illumination helps to transform consciousness by illuminating reality and encouraging awakened living. The Center teaches classes, programs, and healing techniques designed to enlighten one’s perspective about themselves, their inner and interpersonal conflicts, and their relationship with the world around them. By inviting people to become aware of and honor all of the different aspects of themselves, and the different aspects of life, the Center aims to alleviate human suffering. The Center for Illumination is not a religious or faith-based organization. The Center’s curriculum is based on the fundamental philosophy of non-duality, meaning “one and not two.” The Center’s methods are derived from a diverse group of thinkers, writers, poets, teachers, leaders, and scholars. TARGET AUDIENCE: Regular people interested in resolving conflict.

This should not be NEW-AGEY, but rather simple, graspable, inviting, illuminating. Illumination is an important part of what we do and should be an important part of the logo.
