Create children's cartoon character and logo for Drs. Bop n Pop!

We are a team of physicians planning to make music videos and a youtube channel directed towards kids between the ages of 0 to 10. We want a logo that features our name (Drs. Bop n' Pop) in fun colors and font. We also want two young kids in medical scrubs posing with the name title. The darker tone child should have the name Pop inscribed in his scrubs and the lighter tone child should have Bop inscribed in his scrubs similar to a physicians scrubs. We want the kids to have cartoon like features like the images attached. Ideally the kids would look like they are 3 to 5 years old.
