The Cardinal Rules are simply a roadmap (or navigation device) that brings you back to yourself when you're making videos online, so your not caught up in what other people are doing or saying, or your getting lost in the sea of everything you could be doing, but your creating from a place that’s authentic to you. This type of content represents you, speaks for you, and helps you grow. I created the Cardinal Rules because I too wanted to show up online and I found that when I didn’t have a system or a structure that held me in my authentic place, I wouldn't make content that resonated with me. SO I knew I needed to figure this system out to invert the process, and then follow it so that I could show up in the way I wanted to.
