Some adicional concepts that may be included in the company identity are: partnering, accompanying, exceeding, change, advancement, people in the center. It may be interesting to show an evolution of color from one concept to another. The idea behind the name is that we enable (HR meaning Human Resources =People) for (hence the number 4) Change. This is an english name in a spanish speaking country so it is important that this "play for words" it is easy to read and very straightforward. The number 4 acts like and icon, joining the concepts HR and Change.
