We are renting 2 trade show counters and need designs for their covers.
These counters are to go with the booth backdrop and roll up banner stand designs of this currently running project http://99d.me/c/exhg .
*** We started a contest last week that included designs for the backdrop, roll up banner stand and 2 counter covers. Because that was a guaranteed contest and our design manager felt we would get better results if we used two contests to cover the scope of the original contest, he locked the contest before any submissions were received and we split it into 2 contests ***
*** We need to have picked a winner and receive files for making the items by 2/20 ***
The winning design will convey an approachable, innovative, 40 year old company, with good use of icons, images and design elements to help communicate our message. We want to stand out and be different, and do it in a tasteful way.

In terms of style for our overall booth, I want to say a clean, bold design with impactful product and or application photos can work well for this design. For better or for worse, we typically see a lot of blue and water themes. The design should take some cues from version 1.0 of our new website, https://www.jencoi.com.
Specifically for these two counters, the main goal is to significantly class up the cheap rental tables, and do so in a way that makes people want to look at our products and the messaging on the backdrop and poster.
Some designs inspirations, but I hesitated to provide this because these may or may not work at all for this project:

- more coming...
Our proposed floor plan for the show is attached. The carpet we use will be a dark gray color.
All resolutions and colors needs to be print-ready. Deliverables include AI, PS, Affinity or Sketch files used to create the designs plus print-ready PDF.
## Counter covers
We are renting two counters - one 72”L x 24”D x 42”H and the other 48”L x 24”D x 42”H. The goal of the design here is to dress up these otherwise cheap looking counters, add to or reinforce the overall atmosphere of the booth.
The top surface should be white, and we can print on any of the 4 remaining sides.
Templates: will provide once we receive them from vendor

With covers, these counters can end up looking like the images in the link here, though most images are for the shorter, 30”H variety. These images are not super inspiring, but I believe with the right design these counters can look great: https://www.google.com.tw/search?q=…wKHS3CAN8Q
