Redesign MY Letterhead LOGO as a sign on my Building

We are patent attorneys and help inventors protect and profit from their ideas.

I have a sign company that is helping me take my LOGO and turn it into a sign. However, they are NOT MAXIMIZING visibility. I need the letters to be AS LARGE AS POSSIBLE so the sign is visible from the street.

My building has an area that is allowed for the sign and I need the maximum LENGTH and WIDTH of this area utilized. The sign company is not understanding my desires and I tried to convey them to them as follows: https://www.screencast.com/t/45hrHOX3Z4C

I also want "John Rizvi, P.A." to be integrated in a way with "The Patent Professor®" so it does not appear like 2 separate companies....for this reason the RED underline could be important.

Please stay with my current LOGO colors so do not change those. Also, for deliverables, can you show your final design ON THE FRONT OF MY BUILDING.

I have attached 3 items:
1) MY LOGO used on my letterhead and business cards. You can ignore the "A National AV rated Law Firm" part;

2) A hand-drawn sketch of some thoughts I had of how to MAXIMIZE the use of the space.

3) The sign companies MOCK-UP of my sign...as you can see they are not maximizing the length and width of the area provided for my sign.
