Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We sell our own fresh "ready to eat" deli meats wholesale to restaurants, fast food establishments as well as retail to the public directly. We are marketing to both Nationals and Ex-patriots residing in this part of South East Asia. This project involves the retailing of the products from a "Tuk-tuk" - kind of like "The ice cream man" delivered ice cream in American neighborhoods in the 60's and 70's.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need to cover 4 sides of a "tuk-tuk" (in this case, a "tuk-tuk" consists of a cube van on wheels pulled by a motorcycle throughout the streets of the city for direct sale of our products). We want our packaging prominently displayed with a "cornucopia" of deli meats surrounding it. The slogan for this marketing campaign is "Meat on the Street!" (which we want worked into the signage along with the idea customers can buy products right there from the truck). The tuk-tuk will be driven for several hours throughout the city each day to create brand awareness and retail sales. We will also be giving out free samples of the product throughout the day - so the Tuk-Tuk really needs to be a stand out! THE FIBERGLASS PIG PICTURED WILL BE ON THE TOP OF THE TUK-TUK.
