Design sign for new Performing Arts Center for local school

We're a wireless internet service provider.

We sponsored our local school district's "Performing Arts Center" and they would like us to design a sign incorporating our logo with their logo "Kasson-Mantorville Komets". So we're looking for a way to tie in our design with theirs into a good looking sign to use on press releases, etc. I would like to see designs with the following text "Minnesota WiFi Performing Arts Center". I will attach both our logo, the school logo, and a sample of what another design looks like for the new Arena they have to use as an example. You do not need to follow this design but it's just to show what another sponsorship sign looks like with the school's Komet logo. What we're looking for is something like a 4:3 or 16:9 ratio image/sign, not something vertical. For the blue Komets logo, you should not include the word "Komets", only the logo itself. We're trying to find a way to combine the Blue Komets logo with our Minnesota WiFi logo along with the text "Minnesota WiFi Performing Arts Center". To avoid repetition of Minnesota WiFi, you could just find a way to incorporate our logo and text and then just add "Performing Arts Center" in a way that flows nice. I included the Home Federal one only as a reference as how another design was done. You should not include the Home Federal logo in this design, only use it as reference for guidance.
