Design a Real Estate yard sign that stands out and captures attention!

We sell mostly residential and some commercial real estate. We want to help anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

We need a sign designed for our real estate firm. We are a young group and are going for a modern/industrial look. Not flashy, but something clean and not busy.

The sign will be 30"h x 24"w with a 6" tall rider on top. Top Rider will say "Text HOME1 to 12345 For More Info". We have two logos we have to use. The District Group logo needs to be the biggest element of the sign and the exp logo can be smaller. There will also be the agents name, phone number and FOR SALE on the sign. Phone number should be separated by periods not dashes. I'd like to incorporate the X of the exp logo somehow as well. Would like to see variances with maroon/burgundy as the primary color and white as secondary. Think brick color, maybe even some subtle brick texture. Would also like to see variances with black as the primary color. I am attaching an example I made. Please do not make more like this, just giving an idea. We have somewhat of an industrial theme going, but would like the sign to be very clean and a touch of modern. Please use the Font Roboto. I will also attach our Brand Guidelines. The Sign does not need to look like the signs in the Brand Guidelines, those are just examples as well. Thank You!
