We are a property management company that operates and manages several different multi-family properties on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

We are looking to get a design for our bus advertisement along with utilizing the same design concept for a billboard. We want something plain and easy but with a design quality of course. The main focus should be on the website. The sign needs to be designed in a way that everything is very visible even with a quick glance when driving by. Needs to have a high contrast between text and background. We also need the phone number (410) 860-HOME present on the sign. The EHO logo needs to be on the sign but in a corner and very small and hardly visible. Match it to a shade of the background. Use a lifestyle image. I have attached some we may like, but I am looking for smiling individuals in their mid 20's-early 30's with a blue sky and diversity. Feel free to search for an image fitting this. Dimensions: Please make two versions: 1. 27'' x 180'' 2. 31'' x 70'' There needs to be 1/4 inch bleed to artwork. Needs to be a minimum of 100 dpi full scale

We are in a bit of a rush for these, so need designs submitted no later than 3/30/16.
