Todd Gottula got their new signage by running a design contest:

What's your vision?
We need three signs developed for a wetlands area in our neighborhood. - One sign is the overview of the wetlands area with text and our neighborhood logo at 18" x 24" - One sign about the plants in the wetlands with images, text descriptions of each image, and our neighborhood logo at 24" x 26" - One sign about the birds in the wetlands with images, text descriptions of each image, and our neighborhood logo at 24" x 26" Attached is a word mockup of each sign, our neighborhood logo, and the raw images to be used for the plants and birds signs.
This is a very straightforward project and does not need to be extravagant or complicated. We simply need .ai or .psd files to take to our sign manufacturer to help highlight the wetlands in our neighborhood.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Signage starts at $199.

Todd Gottula collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
