Animal Hospital for dogs, cats and small mammals (rabbits). Providing veterinary wellness, medicine, surgery and dentistry services in a professional and compassionate manner in an upscale neighborhood.

This is a new monument sign that will be a lighted box for out on the highway (traveling 40 miles per hour) for our new hospital location. Visibility is very important. It will be mounted on a stone base. Approximant dimensions are 7 feet x 8 feet but a more horizontal appearance is OK too. - It must contain our current logo - Also must contain the following information: CARY GROVE ANIMAL HOSPITAL Wellness * Medicine * Surgery * Dentistry 847-462-VETS We will entertain designs with and without the phone number as we may add this on a separate text box under the big sign.

We want to have "ANIMAL HOSPITAL" stand out (more emphasis on ANIMAL HOSPITAL than the Cary Grove) within the design but also list some of our services and phone number in a fashion that is professional, up to date in style, and caring. It must incorporate our hospital logo (see file - use logo without the name embedded, the rest provided for reference on some of our other materials). We are open to changes in font style. We are somewhat stumped as to the style and open to seeing what people come up with so long as it contains the information needed. We want to project an up to date, professional image.
