Mayhawjellyqueen got their new signage by running a design contest:
Cedar Head Farms needs new signage
Check out Mayhawjellyqueen's Signage contest…
We are a working farm that grows row crops. We grow peanuts, corn, cotton, wheat, pecans, canola, etc. We use large tractors and center irrigation pivots to water our fields.
What's your vision?
We have one logo piece we would like to incorporate in the signage (see attached and we do not want to include the red area). It is one we have had since the beginning of the farm. We would also like to include that that Cedar Head Farms was established in 2002 Colquitt, Georgia. Our colors are an olive green, dark green, white. We would consider other color options. We grow many different kinds of row crops so we need something generic in terms of an actual crop image used. We live in a flat land area so we do not have any rolling hills or windmills. We are located in South Georgia.
We would like a design we can use on a sign going into the farm property, on clothing, truck tags, etc.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Signage starts at $199.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
