Boutique Chicago real estate company needs a makeover!

We're a full-service real estate brokerage, serving both residential and commercial clients throughout Chicagoland. The target audiences are home sellers, home buyers, and investors of multi-family and mixed-use investment properties.

We have the opportunity to install signage (banner) at a prominent corner on Chicago's northwest side. The dimensions are 45" x 600", with half facing north and half facing west. So, this could be one banner that wraps around the corner, or two independent banners that meet at the corner, each being 45" x 300".

We're a boutique brokerage in a trendy neighborhood of Chicago. We support local artists and love creative/unique spaces. Some words you might use on the sign are, "Condos", "Lofts", "Townhouses" and "Buying", "Selling", "Investing". "Residential & Commercial" or "Rockstar Realtors". These are just ideas.
