Positioned next to a national highway we have 15 different kitchens that serve artisan food to travellers, local tourists and destination travellers (weekend visitors). With the standard requirements for a stop ie. fuel, toilets the food is the differential and being fresh and sourced locally wherever possible being farm to table.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
A billboard (that can be changed into the different sizes) will serve to promote a "retail style offer" that will attract people off the highway.
