By selecting this service, you accept and agree to be bound by following:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- I retain the right to reproduce, publish and display the Deliverables in my portfolios, websites, and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the Deliverables in connection with such uses.

- Client agrees that, in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

- Should you require project to remain fully private, additional 25% fee will be charged.

- Service includes 1 (one) design concept built upon your specific request. No additional concepts can be provided through this service.

- Duration of the project may not exceed 10 days, starting with the date payment was secured, unless agreed otherwise.
