How It Works

1. Your Vision:
We'll start by understanding your brand. A quick questionnaire will help me tailor the design to your exact needs.

2. Initial Concepts:
Based on your brief, I'll present at least 3 unique design concepts.

3. Refine and Perfect:
Choose your favorite design, and I'll make up to 3 minor revisions to ensure it's perfect.

4. Your Brand, Delivered:
You'll receive a comprehensive package of files:

Editable vector file (.ai)
High-resolution EPS files (CMYK and RGB)
Preview files (JPEG and PNG)
Any additional formats you may need.

5. Full Ownership:
Once the design is finalized, it's yours. You'll receive full legal copyright.

6. Confidentiality:
I understand the importance of discretion. For private projects, a 15% fee applies to ensure complete confidentiality. Your design will not be shared on my portfolio or social media.

Project Refunds
Pre-Design: If the project is canceled before the initial concepts are presented, a full refund will be issued.
Post-Initial Concepts: If canceled after the initial concepts, a 20% service fee will be retained.
Post-Revisions: No refunds are available after the second round of revisions.
