They are family lawyers and have their legal practice. They are also trained mediators and wanted a brochure that can give to other lawyers to advertise mediation services.
We created this document within the mind of their overall branding feel and following the website style.
The final result is a professional and mature document that is pleasurable to watch and read.")

The client intends to build and sell apartments exclusively to seniors >55.
Once they live in the apartment complex they can also buy extra care services provided by their personnel.
The potential buyers are:
1. Adult children 35-50, business owners/better than average income, want to offer the best experience to their parents, prefer investing overspending, open to new ideas
2. Independent seniors 60-75 who don't want to go and live in an assisted living facility.
We created this piece of art, presentation, with a taste and in line with the overall brand guidelines.
Client and I love the level of quality and that we managed to create a unique presentation with a high-class tone and still remaining to be mature and professional at the same time.
Final outcomes are both print and digital-ready.")

This new construction company profile brochure will be handed to future clients (architects, owners, developers, retail, etc) to show them what work they have done, who they are, and why clients should go with them.
With this company profile, we succeeded in creating a new and modern, up to market brochure layout, using their brand colors to maintain brand consistency and recognition.
We also managed to showcase their portfolio, executive team, references, and a list of recently completed projects.

The concepts to consider to create this website design were: scientific and engineering research; laboratories; high tech / AI/machine learning; presentations and briefings; training; seminars or workshops; conferences; conducting due diligence research; published reports and studies; risk analysis /risk assessments; international relations.
The final result is a modern and intuitive layout that is up to web design trends at the moment is very clean and informative and is perfectly responsive for all screens.
The client is very satisfied with the new website layout and we are now working on the development, soon it will be linked to my profile.")

Right now clients are targeting South Asian American women that are attending occasions, usually South Asian weddings. Their users tend to be in their 20s and 30s, usually first-generation South Asian Americans.
The client wanted an E-Commerce store that is attractive, modern, and youthful.
The accent was on big images and not a cluttered design that is up to the market.
The colors are on a brand and the overall feel is Asian oriented.")
