This self-defense course uses games to teach teenagers three things:
* How to control bullies with minimum necessary force (grappling, not hitting)
* How to love themselves
* How to not make themselves targets for danger
The goal is to unearth the roots of anger and foster harmony between bully and bullied, using compassionate control to bridge the divide.")
