We are more than satisfied with the cooperation and the results and could not be happier.
We decided to go for the "Platinum" package in advance, as we had very high expectations of our design. Of course we didn't know 100% in the beginning, what to expect from this platform and the designers and if at least some very good designs would be created. In short: we were skeptical.
But the designer "kockatt" already stood out with her first drafts and had smarter ideas than her competitors and the more thought-out design. In the course of the competition it turned out, that she was able to consistently maintain this performance and quality.
The communication was also outstanding - the designer reacted quickly, professionally, friendly and goal oriented to our wishes and was always very patient.
As I said, we are very demanding customers with high expectations. In this respect we can award 10/10 points in all categories. We are very grateful to have "kockatt" on board and - this is already a fact - we will continue to work with her in the future.
