I am new to 99designs and this was my first experience working with graphic artists/designers in an open submission format. Hendaru helped to make this experience very enjoyable. After submitting drafts, he would check in regularly with messages, asking for feedback and seeing how he could improve the design. Initially, I wasn't sure about font/lettering style or a logo graphic but Hendaru remained patient with me, offered suggestions and was always positive and respectful in communication.
