TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Client agrees that, in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transfered.

- 5 days turnaround time refers to average time needed to produce initial concept/s. Logo design projects take anywhere between one and three weeks to complete.

- Fast track orders are charged additional 25%.

- Should you require project to remain fully private, additional 25% fee will be charged.

- Duration of the project may not exceed 30 days, starting with the date payment was secured, unless agreed otherwise.
