TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Client agrees that, in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transfered.

- 14 days turnaround time refers to average time needed to produce initial concept/s for every package element. Branding pack projects take anywhere between two and five weeks to complete.

- Fast track orders are possibile and charged 25% more.

- Should you require project to remain fully private, additional 25% fee will be charged.

- Duration of the project may not exceed 45 days, starting with the date payment was secured, unless agreed otherwise.

Make sure to understand and agree with the above. Selecting the service will constitute acceptance of these Terms.
