Creating a professional website on your own can be daunting or frustrating. If you've decided to go the DIY route, but you’ve put off creating a site, have a months-old, half-finished website or are looking for a fresh redesign, this course is for you.

This two-hour class is designed to help you create an impactful and sophisticated website. I will walk you through the essentials of building a website customized to you and your business. I start with an orientation to Squarespace and then walk you through building a page from a blank white space to something beautiful, using elements you bring to the class (I’ll give you pre-homework!) and exploring anything else you might need - imagery, fonts, plugins, etc. - along the way. We’ll make decisions on how to best deploy your content together. I’ll cover best practices, design strategy, storytelling and SEO.
