Client: \"Since this is for a DND group, the following items could work as design elements: books, skulls, sun/moon, a 20-sided die, a scroll, swords, crystals, candles, etc.
Also, if you use a die/dice, please show a crack in the die, because our group is fun and flippant, and we don't take ourselves seriously.\"
DESIGN PROCESS
After a bit of online research to get even deeper into the world of D&D I started working on the first sketches.
I liked the idea of achieving something that looks magical and ancient, but simple at the same time.
I think the end result looks pretty cool. :P")

BRIEF
Client: \"The logo needs to be in the high school's colors which you can see on this website. http://spraguehs.com/
The logo must be transformer-esque without infringing on any trademark designs. Their concept is that they (the team) are robots in disguise, like the Terminator.
The logo needs to be able to be printed on t-shirts\"
DESING PROCESS
My inspiration came from the original 80s transformer series. I wanted to capture the style of that type of transformer in the logo.
The client mentioned in the brief that he wanted the high school's colors in the design, so clearly for him it was important that there be a connection between this logo and the identity of the high school.
With that in mind, it seemed like a good idea to use the torch that can be seen on the original school logo and integrate it into the robot's head.")

BRIEF
The client had the AI symbol (seen in the middle of the logo) and wanted it to be incorporated into a new logo. In his words, he wanted: \"something fancier to attract our audience that truly SCREAMS All In Baseball.\"
He also wanted red and black to be the main colors of the design.")

Client \"I would like an octopus with a giraffe pattern on the outside of her body. She should be graphic, friendly and strong. Gender neutral, not skewing feminine or childlike. I thought she might be holding a sign (given the 8 arms! ) that says: GTO Coaching for Humans \"
DESIGN PROCESSS
Following the instructions in the brief I started with the sketching process.
The client requested \"friendly and strong\" so I gave the character a very expressive face that would represent both.

BRIEF
Client: \"We like the idea of a falcon being included in the logo. Red, gold, black, perhaps.\"
DESIGN PROCESS
After finishing the falcon, the only real challenge for this project was balancing the letters RW with the ² (square).
The problem is that the ² generated more weight on the right side of the logo and therefore everything felt unbalanced.
The way I solved it was by making some modifications to the letter R.
I think the end result looks very cool :)")

The cient mentioned that the name of the team was based on the brand of sneakers that Benny \"The Jet\" Rodriguez wore in the movie Sandlot, so I decided to inspire the character of the logo on him.")

Client: \"It will take place in Chicago - I'd like to have that incorporated in the design itself if possible.\"

DESIGN PROCESS
I started researching about \"tricking\" since I was not familiar with the sport.
I began the design by creating a silhouette of an athlete in mid-flight to capture the spirit of tricking and placed it on top of the logo.
At the bottom of the logo I placed a skyline of the city of Chicago, as the client requested.
The client really loved the first sample. It only took a few minor adjustments to complete the project.")

BRIEF
Client: \"We'd like to keep a Washington (PNW) feel to the logo (Mt Rainier, Seattle skyline, the Space Needle, evergreen trees, etc)
Use our logo for the words \"Crossfire Select\".
Colors: Red, black, white, gray / silver.
We are a Nike soccer club. Include their swoosh on the ball with a more up-to-date ball design than the checkered black and white ball. \"
DESIGN PROCESS
I started by doing some research about Seattle WA to know its landscapes and to understand \"essence\" of the city.
I also did a bit of research on the new Nike soccer ball models. I wanted to use a model that is not only modern, but is a real product of that brand.
All this was injected into a project to create a cool, modern badge style design.")

BRIEF
The client offered as a reference an image of a thumbing devil. He wanted a unique variation of that image incorporated into the design. I also request that a symbol be created combining a pitch fork and the WT of Wicked Thumb.
DESIGN PROCESS
I started by doing a search for images of different \"devils\". I wanted to define the characteristics for this character to make a badass drawing (as the client wanted).
I decided to go for the classic devil style .. lots of red, horns, pointed goatee, long nails, etc.
For the symbol of the trident combined with the WT I went for something simple but that maintains the balance between both letters + the trident.
I used this symbol as part of the logo, but it works great on its own.
Lastly, I gave the whole logo a biker patch look by placing the character inside a circle and the text around it.")

BRIEF
Florida FBLA-PBL was looking for a theme / identity for a new event called \"Re-Imagine Tomorrow\" so they decided to survey their members about what they think \"Re-Imagine Tomorrow\" represents.
Their responses were the main inspiration for this design.
Some of the keywords that resulted from the survey:

- Pointing to the future
- Space / Galaxy
- Tomorrowland (Disney)
- NASA Space Center
DESIGN PROCESS
Using all those references I created a design that features 3 FLBA students pointing forward, looking into the future and re-imagining it in their minds.
I included a silhouette of Tomorrowland (Disney) and a rocket taking off representing NASA Space Center in the background. Both strong references to Florida.
The client loved the design!
The client also needed a banner (to be printed) based on the same theme / design.")

BRIEF
This logo is for an animated series about an intergalactic conqueror (Olym) who wants to be known as the nicest conqueror in the universe. It's a marketing campaign for the launch of my brand, Planet Content.
DESIGN PROCESS
Since that logo would be used for an animated video, it was very important to present a design with different elements that could be animated.
I did some research to take a look at examples of tv cartoons logos, as they have a similar style to what the client wanted. That was the main source of inspiration for this design.
The client liked the concept very much and I only requested some color changes.
After doing some color tests, we found the color palette that the client wanted and the project was finished.")

BRIEF
The client wants a logo with a character created using his photo as a reference. This character has to have a bighead, a small body and has to be holding a hot dog.
DESIGN PROCESS
The first thing I did was start working on the character's face, which I knew was the part that would take me the most time since it was very important that it resemble the original photo.
Once the face was done, I continued working on the rest of the body and the hot dog.
Then only details remained to complete the design.")
