TERMS
- I retain the right to reproduce, publish and display the Deliverables in my portfolios, websites, and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional
advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the deliverables in connection with such uses.

- Duration of the project may not exceed 6 days, starting with the date payment was transferred.

- Projects that are not selected can be used by the designer as he wishes.

- Client agrees that, in the event, a Project is cancelled for any reason other than the Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

- Should you require the project to remain fully private, an additional 40% fee will be charged.
