It's been a while since last time I fiddling around CSS and javascript codes. To maintain my logic and coding knowledge on place, I accept the offer to fully build a custom Wordpress site from scratch. And the result is this beautiful responsive animated parallax site. with user friendly layout :)

I try to keep it simple, not too distracting and use simple color palette to make it easier on the production process.")

-The sun, for dynamic circle shape and yellow color to give warmness to the logo,
-Hills/panorama, since it gives luxurious feels and because customer always pay attention to the surroundings of their future house.
-The house: the house on this logo is on subtle negative space Trimming the sun and the hills.
-Open door: you can see open door on the right corner of the logo, It's subtle, represent how the company always welcome new potential buyers.
the 4 elements combined into a modern, minimalist and luxurious logogram. Although the main target segment is high-end residents, I try to make this logo to still give down-to-earth and friendly feel by using lowercase custom typeface.
