I went into this with almost no understanding of what was going on regarding SEO and the rest of the technical terms. Once I reached out to Bear Branded, she was fantastic at explaining everything including providing well made videos to explain what I paid for. The only reason for 4 stars is that I did have to reach out to find out timeline/next steps, but I completely understand that emails get lost/people get busy/etc. All in all would definitely use Bear Branded again!
