I hosted a contest for a small, urban farm logo. T-W-I-N was OUTSTANDING to work with. Amazing response time, 5-star communication, unparalleled attention to detail, and extremely friendly. I knew they were going to be great to work with as soon as they contacted me with specific questions about the logo before they even began working on a design. Where other designers lacked in being personable and understanding, T-W-I-N shined. They really took the time to understand and appreciate the business and my passion and incorporate it into their designs. They wrote a lengthy description for each design they submitted and described their thought process behind it. They reiterated all changes I asked for in all of their revisions. Like I said, outstanding communication and design skills on top of being an all around nice person. There was really nothing that could have been improved. This was a 5-star experience and design all around. I hope to work with them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone looking for design work.
