I always like a new client to came with a simple brief or a story, to help me understand what kind of scene they needed.

i then provide minimum 2 rough pencil sketches for the client to decide which one they prefer or if they want revision on the sketch.

then i move on to final pencil sketch which the client can make revision too.

finally i trace the final sketch to ink and scan it for the handover.

final file will be jpeg with 400 dpi resolution, and dimension per your request, maximum 12x12cm for a half page illustration. more file types can be requested for free (no vector)
