• The specified turnaround timeframe refers to average time needed to produce initial concept. The deadline estimation might vary, accordingly to feedback flow, number of iterations required and/or additional services purchased.

• Duration of the project should not exceed 30 days, starting with the date payment was secured.

• The designer retains all rights to publish and/or display all the project's deliverables files in his portfolio, website, and other social media for the purposes of recognition of creative high standards and career advancement.

• Client agrees that, in the event that a design service is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

• Client is entitled to require the project to remain fully private at an additional fee of 20% that will be charged on top of the service price.

• Accordingly to the Terms and Condition,
timeframe estimation might vary if, one or more additional services have been purchased.
