- I retain the right to reproduce, publish and display the Deliverables in my portfolios, websites, and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional
advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the deliverables in connection with such uses.
- Client agrees that, in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.
- Should you require project to remain fully private, additional fee will be charged.
- Duration of the project may not exceed 5 days, starting with the date payment was secured.
