About the process and payment:

Booking projects request a deposit. Payments are due in two parts - the first half of the amount is due upon booking and to hold your spot in the queue, worth 50% non refundable deposit.
The second half of the project payment, ( non refundable ) is delivered at project completion - just before any final logo/branding files are delivered.

After you complete the Custom Order questionnaire, I will research your target in terms of their demographics and psychographics and create an inspiration board, color palette along with style inspiration that will set the overall tone of your new brand.
Within 7-14 business days of your start date, you will receive the first deliverable / sketches and have a chance to review and request up to 2 rounds of revisions until you are in love with the direction. ( typeface, colors, etc )
